Congress's Priorities

Everyday I fight the good fight for the industry I represent in DC.  Most day's I love the work I do and even the days I get frustrated are not really that bad.  But am amazed at what Congress deems important enough to meddle in.  I believe Congress should focus an issues like balancing the budget, reducing national debt, immigration, etc.

The dumbest thing I have read today and I believe all week is that Congress is going to look at the risk-benefit relationships in  killer whale and dolphin shows.  The responsible respond to this article is WTF.  Seriously?!?!

Crap.  It's almost enough to make me consider running for office.
